The Mesquite-Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin is so delicious it’s famous. From Abilene Mall, take FM 89 (also called Buffalo Gap Road) South approximately 10 miles into Buffalo Gap. Curve through Buffalo Gap, take a hard right on FM 89 and cross over railroad tracks. At approximately 7/10ths of a mile, the entrance for Perini Ranch Steakhouse will be on your right.
