After more than 18 years of ministry, serving as childrens' pastor and the pastor of a
church we pioneered ourselves, I came to the realization that many modes of ministry were simply not working.

As I talked with other ministers and leaders in ministry, I learned most of them had similar
feelings and together, we came up with the same conclusion.
Statistics are the average church in America has less than 100 members. How can a pastor of
