Coca Cola Baby Back Ribs Recipe
You can substitute the Coke with your favorite beer also.

2 slabs of baby back pork ribs
1 18 oz. jar of your favorite barbecue
One 2 liter bottle of Coke

Place the meat in a large pot and pour in Coke. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Remove ribs and spread barbeque sauce on both sides. Arrange ribs on a pre-heated grill set on high for 8 to 10 minutes, turn and let cook another 8 to 10 minutes. Remove ribs from the grill and let stand for ten minutes. Spread sauce on both sides and serve.

Tips for the best Baby Back Ribs

Spray with secret spray (see recipe below)
You may also spread a little sauce on the ribs at the same time. Let marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Put ribs on the grill, but not directly over the flames or coals. Always use indirect heat for cooking everything. Close the cover on your grill. In the oven, use 300 degrees.
Spray with secret spray every 15-20 minutes, when you turn the ribs.
If the ribs are thick they should cook 90 minutes for baby backs and 2-2 1/2 hours for spare ribs. Always use a meat thermometer and get the meat at least to 170 degrees or higher.
Spread the ribs with sauce about 10 minutes before they are finished.
Pour more sauce on the meat at the table or eat plain, depending on what you like.

Secret spray for meats

My best friend gave me this recipe he uses to keep his baby back ribs moist while on the grill. Try it, it really works!

1 part vinegar, 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts water. Wet the meat and refrigerate sealed for 4 hours or overnight if possible. Spray the meat every 15-20 minutes during cooking. Baste the meat with plenty of barbecue sauce the last 10 minutes.
